The Matrix Reloaded (2003)
Only six months on from the first part of the live-action trilogy, The Matrix Reloaded focused on the romantic relationship between Neo and Trinity alongside the Matrix lore and civilisation’s battle against it, as well as the outside reality - including the hidden city of Zion. The film also begins to introduce integral characters like The Oracle and Merovingian.
