Rachel Bilson leads a stellar ensemble cast in this fish-out-of-water comedic drama about small-town living, big-city attitudes and complicated love triangles. Continuing for its third season, Hart of Dixie follows the story of New York surgeon Dr. Zoe Hart (Bilson) who unexpectedly finds herself a general practitioner in tiny BlueBell, Alabama -- a place where she will learn to be a better doctor, a better person and maybe even fall in love.
As season three begins, it's been nearly two years since Dr. Zoe Hart moved to BlueBell and shook up life in this small town. Now Zoe navigates between bad boy Wade Kinsella (Bethel) and good-hearted George Tucker (Porter), while sweet southern belle Lemon Breeland (King) achieves her dream of being a business owner -- even if that business is the Rammer Jammer and her mismatched partner is Wade. Zoe's best friend and landlord, Mayor Lavon Hayes (Williams), has finally gotten over his feelings for Lemon and found happiness with AnnaBeth (Black), complicated by the fact that AnnaBeth is Lemon's best friend. Meanwhile, Lemon's father and Zoe's associate, Dr. Brick Breeland (Matheson), pursues love, but his daughters won't endorse his new fiancée. Zoe's not sure what the future holds, but with her track record, it's sure to be juicy and full of fun.
