A New Jersey native and Rutgers University graduate, James Gandolfini began his acting career in New York theatre. After making his screen debut in Sidney Lumet's "A Stranger Among Us," Gandolfini appeared in "Money For Nothing," "Mr. Wonderful," "Crimson Tide" and "Get Shorty." His film credits also include "The Mighty," "A Civil Action," "Fallen" and "8MM." Among the Emmy-nominated actor's television credits are "12 Angry Men" and "Gun."
