The
Burger King and “Looney Tunes – Back in Action” prize draw (“Prize
Draw”) is organised on behalf of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc by
Warner Bros. Distributors Ltd, 98 Theobald's Road, London, WC1X 8WB, United
Kingdom. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales (“Warner
Bros.”).
No purchase is necessary to take part in this Prize Draw.
Entry
into the Prize Draw assumes the acceptance of these terms and conditions and
agreement to be bound by the decisions of Warner Bros. The following terms and
conditions will apply to the Prize Draw.
The
Prize Draw will take place from midday 26 February 2004 to midnight on 18
March 2004.
The
Prize Draw is only open to UK residents who are aged 14 or over. Participants under the age of 14 will need
their parents to enter on their behalf.
Participants
may only enter the Prize Draw by providing their e-mail address on the Burger

No
responsibility is accepted for ineligible or fraudulent entries. Winners will
be deemed to have authorised Warner Bros. to check the completeness and
accuracy of the information they have supplied for purposes of participation. A
winner who has supplied incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information will
be automatically disqualified. Any participant that uses offensive or
inappropriate language in an entry will automatically be disqualified.
The
Prize Draw is not open to employees or contractors of Warner Bros. or any
person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the
Prize Draw or their direct family members.
The
Prize Draw winner agrees to take part in post Prize Draw publicity for Warner
Bros, if requested to do so by Warner Bros.
Use of Personal Information
In
order to participate in the Prize Draw, participants will be required to supply
certain information about themselves. In addition, the Prize Draw entry form
provides participants who are not already members of WB Insider with the
opportunity to join ‘WB Insider' – the Warner Bros. online and mobile messaging
fan club.
Warner
Bros. has specified which information is mandatory in order to participate in
the Prize Draw. If one or more mandatory items of information are not
completed, the participant will not be allowed to enter into the Prize Draw.
This information will be used by Warner Bros. for the purposes of administering
the Prize Draw.
In
addition, the Warner Bros. Privacy Policy shall apply to all personal
information provided by the participant online via the www.warnerbros.co.uk and/or www.looneytunesbackinaction.co.uk

Prize Draw
The
Prize Draw will take place at 12.00pm on 19 March 2004. The winner will be
selected by a random selection software system. Warner Bros.' decision concerning
the determination of the winner will be final.
The Prize
Two
winners will each receive two free cinema passes for one year ("UGC Unlimited
Passes"). The UGC Unlimited Passes enable the two winners and their respective
guest to see as many films as they like each month on any day and at any time
for one year. The UGC Unlimited Passes are valid at all UGC Cinemas across
the UK and Ireland.
Notifying the Winners
The
prize winner will be informed by email by 6pm on 26 March 2004. If the Prize
Draw winners do not confirm acceptance of their prize by 6pm on 8 April 2004,
they will automatically forgo their right to claim the prize and Warner Bros.
will select a runner up as an alternative winner.
The names of the Prize Draw winners will be available within 28 days of the
date of the draw by sending an SAE to the Online International Department,
Warner Bros., Warner House, 98 Theobald's Road, London, WC1X 8WB.
Warner
Bros. does not accept any responsibility for any occurrences resulting from
participants' connection to the internet via the www.warnerbros.co.uk site and/or the www.looneytunesbackinaction.co.uk
site. In particular, Warner Bros. does not accept responsibility for any damage
or loss caused in any way to participants or recipients, to their computer
equipment or to data which is stored on said computer equipment, or to
participants' or recipients' personal, professional or commercial activities.
Warner
Bros. does not exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as a
result of its negligence in respect of the participants' use of the www.warnerbros.co.uk and/or www.looneytunesbackinaction.co.uk
websites.
Proof
of entering information on the www.looneytunesbackinaction.co.uk
website does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such
information. Warner Bros. is not
responsible for the failure of any email or Entry to be received by Warner
Bros. on account of technical problems or congestion on the internet or at any
website. Warner Bros. will not be
responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in
operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
Warner
Bros. reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw without
specifying the reasons for its decision and without incurring liability as a
result. Warner Bros. reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the Prize
Draw in the event of any attempt to participate fraudulently by electronic
means.
