'WB Insider' Club

The 'WB Insider' Club ('WB Insider') is operated on behalf of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. by Warner Bros. Entertainment UK Limited, 98 Theobald's Road, WC1X 8WB, London, United Kingdom ('Warner Bros.').

The 'WB Insider Club' provides you with the opportunity to join our online and mobile messaging club which will provide you with updates about Warner Bros. movies, television, video and other entertainment products.

Your Information

If you elect to join 'WB Insider', you will be required to supply certain information about yourself. The information you provide to Warner Bros. will be used by Warner Bros. for the purpose of administering your membership of 'WB Insider', which includes sending you marketing and promotional materials about Warner Bros. products and promotions by email, post and/or by text messages.

When joining 'WB Insider', Warner Bros. will specify which information is mandatory in order to join 'WB Insider'. If one or more mandatory items of information are not completed, you will not be allowed to join 'WB Insider'.

Eligibility

Membership of this club is only open to UK residents who are aged 14 or over.

Warner Bros. does not accept any responsibility for any occurrences resulting from a member's connection to the internet via the www.warnerbros.co.uk site and/or from the use of e-cards on the www.warnerbros.co.uk site. Warner Bros. does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused in any way to a member's computer and/or mobile phone equipment or to data which is stored on said equipment, or to member's personal, professional or commercial activities.
Furthermore, Warner Bros., its employees, any associated company and any of their employees do not make any warranty, express or implied, or assume any legal liability (to the extent permitted by law) or responsibility for the suitability, reliability, timeliness, accuracy or completeness of the content made available on the www.warnerbros.co.uk website and/or included in the WB Insider newsletter.

Warner Bros. does not exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence in respect of a member's use of the www.warnerbros.co.uk web site.

Members' use of the www.warnerbros.co.uk website and/or the Warner Bros. online newsletters are subject to the Warner Bros Terms of Use.

By joining WB Insider, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
The laws of England and Wales govern the terms and conditions for membership of 'WB Insider'.
